During his 25 years of owning and operating a successful
and notable law practice, Attorney Iacoi has established and currently
maintains a
diverse client base representing both individual and institutional clients
in the areas of residential and commercial real estate acquisitions, leasing
and land development, landlord/tenant matters, alcohol licensing, civil
litigation, estate planning, secured creditor's rights, as well as small
business and corporate organizations.
Attorney Iacoi is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts
and Rhode Island, and is a member of the American, Massachusetts and Rhode
Island
Bar Associations as well as the Massachusetts Conveyancers Association.
Attorney Iacoi was recently inducted as a member of XPX Boston (Exit Planning
Exchange) a well established association of professionals who make it easier
for business owners with their growth or exit planning. He is an approved
title agent in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and New Hampshire for several
national
title
insurance companies.
In addition
to
his professional
services, Attorney Iacoi is civically involved with many non-profit groups
and is a current member of the Charlestown Neighborhood Council, a former
chair of the Executive Board of the Charlestown Boys & Girls Club and
an active member of the Greater Boston Club of the Providence College Alumni
Association.
Recent noteworthy projects include the firm's representation
of individuals purchasing Battery Wharf Condominiums, the condominium
formation at Greenway Place
(199 State Street), the residences of at the Intercontinental, and other
residential condominium projects in the City of Boston,. During their years
