I am a 1984 graduate of Providence College, and earned my J.D. from Suffolk University Law School (1989). I have held several management positions with Fleet Bank (now Bank of America, N.A.) I was then employed with the law firm of Adler, Pollock & Sheehan as an associate in their Corporate/Banking Group. John M. Iacoi, Esq.
I have been practicing law for 30 years and am a member of both the Massachusetts and Rhode Island Bar Associations.
I was born in Westerly, Rhode Island and graduated from Providence College in 1979. I received my law degree from New England School of Law. I am a member of the Real Estate Bar Association in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and New Hampshire for several national title insurance companies.
I routinely counsel individuals, business and lending institutions in both jurisdictions. My practice involves: advising clients in areas of business and corporate matters, residential and commercial real estate acquisitions, leasing and land use development, landlord/tenant matters, alcohol licensing, and civil litigation matters.
In addition to my professional affiliations, I am a former member of the Charlestown Neighborhood Council, a member and former chair of the Executive Board of the Charlestown Boys & Girls Club, and an active member of the Greater Boston Club of the Providence College Alumni Association.
